MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Cézembre is an uninhabited coastal island in Saint-Malo bay and also the name chosen by the chef, originally from Brittany, for his restaurant a stone's throw from Boulevard St Germain. The food, devised as a single set menu (three and five courses) and fish and seafood-focused, is meticulous and generous (fish sourced direct from Erquy), the food and wine pairings are perfect. Success (and good value) come with a price: the place is packed in the evening.
