MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Borrowing its name from the Balinese concept of a balance between man, nature and divinity, this place exudes otherworldly serenity. The show-stopping 10-metre-long century table carved from one piece of wood seats 16 people. Lotus bud-shaped pods over water pools house round booth seating with sea views. Traditional Balinese fare is done with a touch of finesse and slightly less heat here. Try their Sapi Marangi, slow-cooked beef in sweet soy.
