MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The young Chinese-Japanese chef has years of experience under his belt and an eye for fine details. He uses only the freshest seafood shipped daily from Kyushu and Hokkaido. His sushi rice is dressed in a unique blend of red and rice vinegar - and each piece is seasoned differently, such as yuzu pepper on nodoguro, garlic soy on engawa. A sushi set is offered at lunch, but only omakase at dinner - omakase at lunch is by appointment only.
