This restaurant prides itself on labour-intensive, traditional Fujian dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, such as a shredded vegetable pancake that uses 12 different ingredients, and deep-fried longans stuffed with minced shrimp and pork that are only available in summer. The chef shops for produce daily from the market to ensure freshness. Ask about the new dishes that are not on the menu and those that require pre-ordering when you book.
