MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A household name since 2001, this restaurant wins the hearts of many with its traditional and homely Cantonese cooking. Try the baked fish tripe in a claypot or stir-fried glutinous rice. Unlike places that serve snake soup in autumn and winter only, here it’s available all year round. Fried fish head in claypot with scallion and ginger uses the lower jaws of bighead carp, available in a limited quantity daily. Reservations are recommended.
