MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This is the first Asian venture of chef Martínez, who helms the famed restaurant ‘Central’ in Peru; in fact, key members from there were relocated to Hong Kong to ensure his vision is replicated here. The interior is inspired by Peru’s landscape and the chef’s cooking. Popular dishes include pez limon (yellow tail with yuzu vinaigrette and corn) and soft shell crab causa (deep fried soft shell crab with cold acidic mash potato). Don’t miss the aperitivos.
