MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A large photo of owner-chef Yeung Koon Yat greets you as you come out of the lift – and he’s enjoying his most famous dish: abalone. Ah Yat signature fried rice and stewed oxtail with homemade sauce and red wine casserole is also worth a try. The good value set lunch menu is a great way of experiencing many more of their Cantonese specialities. The contemporary dining room takes full advantage of the wonderful views; Table 11 is the best.
