MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The dedication of the Diedert family here is obvious throughout – from the lovely guestrooms in the guesthouse to the friendly, spruce interior of the restaurant with its chic design touches, to Mediterranean and regional German cuisine. A classic of the house: Sambal Oelek gambas served in their Le Creuset pan. Great terrace shaded by plane trees.
