MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Eponymous Chef-Owner Phil Thompson’s restaurant is split over three contemporary dining rooms, each featuring bold artwork from the local gallery. The dishes are equally good-looking and can be enjoyed from either an à la carte, or a 7 or 9 course tasting menu.
