MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
There is a lively and informal atmosphere here in the former US Consulate General. Guests have a direct view of the kitchen as it is completely open and virtually part of the restaurant. The service is quick and efficient – it is quite clear that professionals are at work here. The dishes are a mix of regional cuisine and Japanese creations. The Omakase menu is highly recommended.
