One of the branches of a two-store chain, this shop makes its own noodles with more eggs and less lye than the others. You won’t taste the lye even if you don’t add vinegar. Though not as bouncy, their noodles are healthier, with a pleasing rustic quality. Wontons are also made according to Guangzhou traditions – only pork is used in the filling, without shrimp.
