MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This tiny restaurant (barely 18 places) turns out to be an excellent surprise unearthed in extremis on a small square at the foot of St - Maurice Basilica. The young chef, Nicolas Grandclaude, composes a concise menu with dishes that are all about finesse, subtlety and magnifying good seasonal ingredients. Bravo!
