John Snyder, Kiran Saund, and Nick Hopkins are the brains behind this unique tasting concept that shines the light on street food from around the world. A clearly visible emblem marks the entrance to this haven. Then walk around a patio, through a glass door, and down a flight of stairs to arrive at the space—notably eclectic and donning a brightly lit bar, red U-shaped booths, as well as blue leather chairs.
The kitchen is expert and creative in its blend of global culinary traditions. Madagascar prawns cooked in lardo arrive encased in a tart and are a riff on the Haitian griot; while crispy Indian pani puri filled with Korean crab salad packs a serious punch. Potato rösti flavored with Alpine cheese and grape preserves is a sweet and savory trip.
