A small, modest and unusual restaurant in every sense, and one that reflects the individual vision of chef Miquel Ruiz, a man who strives for happiness through an honest approach and a desire to popularise haute cuisine. Its incredibly informal decor comes as a pleasant surprise with its non-matching tables and chairs, old sandstone floors and an unusual collection of soda siphons on display. The highly personal cuisine showcases impressive skill and presentation and is based around Mediterranean flavours and ingredients purchased daily from the market.
