MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Under the Ancien Régime, Les Closeaux – set in a 10ha estate – was used as a hunting lodge by the kings of France. Nowadays, the chef is a proponent of locally sourced ingredients. He uses them to prepare delicious, traditional cuisine such as, beetroot millefeuille and roasted langoustines.
