MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Just outside of Blois, this renovated former farmhouse (1788) is now a truly remarkable restaurant. Tending towards the contemporary, the cuisine is fine and meticulously prepared, with an emphasis on regional produce (asparagus, Racan pigeon, Roi Rose de Touraine pork). You can wash it down with your choice from the good Loire Valley wines on the list. Quiet and pretty guestrooms available.
