MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

If you’re passing through this pretty town, it’s worth making a stop in this restaurant which combines a historic ambience with good cuisine. While the restaurant’s name pays tribute to the great Robert de Nola, a chef who wrote the first Catalan cookery book (Llibre del Coch) in 1520, its location in the Casa del Doncel recalls the legendary Castilian nobleman Martín Vázquez de Arce. The restaurant interior boasts a modern decor which is in perfect harmony with the building’s original features. Updated traditional cuisine, various set menus, plus an attractive patio-terrace in summer.
