Mírame

With a name that translates to "look at me," swanky location, and delightful neighbors (hello Wally’s), Mírame is quite the babe. Beverly Hills may not be a destination for Mexican cuisine, but thanks to this arrival, that's certainly changed. The décor is minimal, allowing the focus to remain on the food, which in turn strikes a perfect balance between traditional and modern.
Dishes are refined, flaunting top ingredients and myriad sauces. Daily taco specials, like crispy fish with crema and cabbage slaw or lengua with onions and herbs, are evergreen hits; while the salmon skin chicharrón with fermented garlic aïoli is an unctuous feat. In the same vein—smoked yellowtail tostada with earthy truffle is set aglow with micro greens and makes a fragrant finish.
