MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This elegant bourgeois ‘garden’ is the lair of chef Pierre Boussereau and his accomplice Olivier Laplaine. They cater to no more than ten diners at a time in a friendly vibe that is half-way between a table d’hôtes and a smart bistro. You will sample delicately crafted food inspired by garden produce and the chef’s globetrotting past, in a seriously plentiful tasting menu.
