Chinatown is iconic for its street food and this is one of the most popular stands. Mr Mong has served Hoi Thod (fried oyster) for over 30 years. It’s only small and he’s busy at lunch, but the shellfish are well selected and fresh, and the fried mussels have a great crunch.
