Here, in a renovated house with blue walls and a garden, the award-winning pastry chef, Paper, conjures up cute, artistic designs on pretty plating. Ici offers classic French desserts like financiers and macarons, as well as homemade ice-cream, with a Thai twist. One such triumph is Starfish, a beautiful yellow dessert made from a creamy coffee-vanilla mascarpone mousse stuffed with sweet and sour pineapple compote and nutty praline, and a herby ginger foam.
