MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This renovated barn in the upper reaches of Flumet offers modern, tasty dishes whose presentation is flawless. The produce, some of which comes from the huge vegetable garden (practically an acre!) is seasonal and top-notch. On this particular day: delicious home-smoked salmon tartare and cod roasted in garlic butter. Comfortable guestrooms and concerts every other Saturday evening. Flavoursome, buzzy, friendly.

The chef's commitment
We are fully committed to a sustainable approach. Our vegetable garden allows us to produce potatoes, summer and autumn vegetables; meat and cheese come from neighbouring farmers. The site is self-sufficient in thermal energy, carbon neutral and equipped with electric car charging points.
