MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The Prince of Wales’ restaurant started life as a pop-up in 2015, and now sits in the village’s historic former railway station. It offers a set price menu at lunch, followed by an à la carte in the evening. Classically based Scottish dishes follow the seasons and are full of flavour.
