MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Komad is a contemporary European restaurant offering Nordic cuisine with a twist from the chef’s own experiences and ideas. Deer trophies decorating the entrance door and interior wall as well as a dark navy blue color scheme harmonize with the wood-themed interior design, thereby creating an exotic dining ambience. Based on Korean-style ingredients, the chef strives to strike a balance between flavors and ingredients. In fact, his experiments with diverse dairy products and Korean slow foods coupled with his unique recipes, add novelty to his dishes.
