MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
With over 30 years of experience, the owner opened this branch in 2005. Her famed swamp eel rice in claypot is made with live wild-caught eel delivered on the day, deboned and shredded. It is available in individual portions, so that even solo diners may order it. Other specialities include deep-fried pork ribs sprinkled with ground dried tangerine peel, pork belly braised in spiced marinade and braised goose. Reservations recommended.
