Lots of old wood and lovely stone floors give Stüva a cosy, rustic feel. The kitchens produce Graubünden cuisine with international touches. Dishes include capuns (pork-stuffed chard leaves) and Veltlin pizzoccheri pasta, braised calves' cheeks and lamb steaks.
