                        The kitchen of this meticulously appointed restaurant which, in its own words, aims to “explore the senses through gastronomy”, is run by two cooks from different countries, namely France and Spain. The cuisine here is centred around the use of locally sourced ingredients in dishes with a contemporary touch, either on the à la carte or its two set menus – one “executive”-style option available for lunch midweek, the other a tasting menu entitled Descobrir (Discover).
