MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This welcoming restaurant - once a corner shop - is intimate and relaxed with black and grey décor, Edison light bulbs and contemporary food prints. There's an à la carte menu but it's the tasting menus which take centre stage, and vegans and vegetarians will find themselves well looked after. Cooking is based on modern interpretations of Danish classics with an emphasis on nature, simplicity and flavour - as well as the dishes' inherently Danish identity. Plates are fresh, vibrant and colourful - and each one has its own story, which is described to guests by the professional service team.
