Set close to the Kastellet citadel, the chic Kiin Kiin VeVe – younger sister of Kiin Kiin in Nørrebro – occupies a space that was once a bread-making warehouse. Menus take you on a tour around Thailand, with both the five-course meat and vegetarian tasting options opening with snacks from the north, northeast, centre and south – along with an edible rice cracker map.
