MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
If you fancy an authentic regional speciality, Die Alte Brauerei is a great place to sample the local Bliesgau lamb. Try the lamb consommé with tomato and rosemary dumplings or the Lorraine-style lamb ragout, for example. Access to the restaurant and the individually designed guest rooms (some of which contain works by artist Margret Lafontaine) run by dedicated hosts Isabelle und Eric Dauphin is via the interior courtyard.
