MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Saarland-born chef Markus Pape serves his excellent cuisine in the informal atmosphere of the three small dining rooms. The menu includes three types of Challans duck and braised cheeks of Glan valley cattle, all washed down with wines from his own vineyard and an unexpected selection of good Bordeaux.
