Located in a grand building in the heart of The Hague, Elea is a modern restaurant with a Greek soul. This idea finds expression in a fabulous Mediterranean-style setting that incorporates natural materials. Takis Panagakis is an inventive chef who draws on Greek tradition, using ingredients such as smoked yoghurt, caper leaf and fava beans to lend his original creations an individual touch.
