The young chef, who was practically brought up here, offers tasting menus from which dishes can also be chosen à la carte, with a focus on fresh and colourful dishes featuring herbs and vegetables from the restaurant’s own garden, alongside ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers, most of whom are local. The result is an enjoyable all-round dining experience, with the adjacent bistro offering more informal options, particularly at lunchtime.
