While the earlier Italia menu showcased complex ingredients, flawless flavors, and extraordinary textures (think cacio e pepe, guanciale-wrapped branzino, and veal cheek agrodolce atop a savory bread pudding), the Tenth Anniversary menu celebrated the best moments in the restaurant's last decade. Highlights included fish and chips, complete with balsamic dressing and a malt vinegar "sea foam." The Basque cheesecake was delightfully decadent.
