Jean-Pierre Vasseur and his wife Jarlène have opened a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant on the corner of a residential street in his hometown. Having trained under Thierry Breton, he offers sincere and generous bistro cuisine with Breton influences. Freshly made pumpkin soup, Guémené andouille sausage and grilled pork belly with buttered mashed potatoes, apple kouign amann or Paris-Brest-Paris in homage to his former chef: tasty, well-made dishes in a simple but lively setting.
