The Art nouveau interior of this bistro is truly jaw-dropping and some of the woodwork and earthenware details adorning the dining rooms are listed historic monuments. The chef rolls out impressively rendered traditional fare with a focus on feelgood, familiar flavours, such as his generous slice of pâté en croûte (porkpie) or his textbook crème brûlée that would find favour with Amélie Poulain herself.
