Lao Siam stands out from the crowd of Asian eateries in Belleville. Founded by the current owner's parents, from Thailand and Laos, it honours the culinary traditions of those two countries. Everything is home-made, fine and fragrant. Here we are transported to Asia – well, almost! In case there is no room at the inn, you can opt for Ama Siam, the adjoining place, which offers a short menu of specials.
