In a development complex with a restored 900-year-old village sits this quaint restaurant. It says “soup” on the sign; double-boiled soups that take six hours to prepare are the must-tries. However, the menu offers so much more than soups. Try steamed lobster with Jiujiang rice wine, with garlic and wine aromas. Diners in private rooms may try the chef’s secret menu.
