Located close to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium, this restaurant aims to revive old traditions with a special focus on the cooking of Madrid but with an updated take on the region’s dishes. Its impressive display cabinet is teeming with different cuts of aged beef as well as poultry and pork, much of which is cooked on the grill. The à la carte here features a choice of daily suggestions as well as the restaurant’s signature dishes (Torreznos (fried bacon), Callos (tripe), Caracoles (snail) etc). If is a sunny day book a table on the pleasant terrace in the square!
