MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
A restaurant that is definitely not for vegans... Its name comes from the surname of one of its owners, who is a distributor of the best quality meats for the city's leading restaurants. Split between two floors, it specialises in meat - and is almost a place of pilgrimage for meat-lovers - with its unusual display cabinet and dry aging chamber.
