Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Owner-chef Takako Ieda’s eyes were opened to the wonders of curry on a trip to India, where she was captivated by its wonders. Home cooking is the theme of the restaurant, and Ieda conveys it authentically. The mainstay dish, bean and vegetable dal, is made all the more popular by pairing it with the curry du jour. Guests can choose between Indian basmati rice and Japanese rice. The restaurant is named after the Hindu god with the head of an elephant.
