With its bohemian-style garden where you can dine amid herbs and vegetables, the centrally positioned building draped in grapevines, and the authentic handmade porcelain, this restaurant has a distinct character. Inside, all kinds of fragrant delights are on display, ready for you to select. Freshly baked pumpkin pie with yoghurt, fried courgette flower with ricotta and fresh herbs, or traditional manti stuffed with yoghurt and chilli oil – these generous sharing dishes are simply irresistible! Grown on site, the produce is second to none. That, in combination with the female chefs' home-style cooking, is what sets this place apart. Reservations are required for evening dining – no children allowed.
"At Asma Yaprağı in Alaçatı, my son and partner Kerem Mıhçı and I are pioneering the farm to table philosophy for the past 15 years. Fresh items sourced from our farm as well as local producers have a seasonal character. While our prized heirloom seeds help sustain the kitchen year-round, strictly adhering to good agricultural practices ensure healthy recipes for generations to come. We cook in harmony with nature as changing colors, smells and flavors around the sun embellish our long table."
