Chef Ricky from Hong Kong honed his skills in some prestigious kitchens in Europe and his home city. From his unique vantage point, he champions a modern French-Asian cuisine featuring locally sourced produce. His love for Taiwan also manifests itself in the papier mâché lamp, cutlery and tableware crafted by local artisans.
