A haven for fans of Japanese cuisine, this restaurant serves excellent sushi and sashimi, house-made ramen, barbecued dishes and a classic bento box. The interior has a suitably Nippon aesthetic featuring clean lines, dark tones and a large open kitchen with a sushi bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the natural pond and the outdoor pool of Forsthofgut, the fantastic family and spa hotel that houses the restaurant.
