A quiet street in a residential area, a low-key façade, a contemporary bistro and a dinky, buzzy interior with tightly packed tables: this is the fine dining lair of Maximilien Kuzniar. Ceviche of seabass, mashed sweet potato and leche de tigre sauce; egg parfait, purée of carrots and ginger: the tasting menu stars a festival of forthright flavours devised from wholesome seasonal ingredients. The lunch set menus are excellent value for money, while the evening dining options are more creative and ambitious.
