The décor here is unmistakably Italian and the menu even more so. The chef is from Southern Italy and has worked in famous kitchens throughout Europe. The open kitchen lets diners watch him work up close. Homemade pastas, like tortello with roasted eggplant, burrata and sundried tomato (a recipe from the chef’s mother), are a definite highlight. The four-course tasting menu is a great way to sample the chef’s signatures all at once.
