Sustainability is a big theme, with a focus on local and seasonal produce, some of it foraged or from their own mushroom farm. These ingredients are fashioned into good value dishes with well-balanced flavours, served by a charming and knowledgeable team. The homemade sparkling kombucha is highly recommended.
