Founded by the famous Chef Wei, Zen has been serving Sichuanese classics on the bustling main drag since 2016. The signature kung pao chicken is basted in seasoning while being tossed in the wok, demanding shrewd judgment on the part of the chef. Blanched napa cabbage soaks up the essence of the duck and chicken stock that takes two days to prepare. A glass of house-made fruit wine or sour plum soup aptly cuts through the richness of the food.
