Das Maximilians is the flagship of the Fetz family's restaurants. In the small fine dining restaurant of the family-run Das Freiberg Hotel, the enthusiastic kitchen team uses top-quality ingredients to deliver well-devised modern dishes that demonstrate great technical skill. The plush, elegant interior is instrumental in creating the pleasant atmosphere, as is the attentive and competent service, which is largely down to the friendly lady of the house, Margret Bolkart-Fetz. When it comes to wine, you can rely on the staff to give suitable recommendations.
