Il punto di vista della Guida MICHELIN
"Roc'n Roll" tasting menu and seasonal set menu (smoked whitefish and watercress, Dombe chicken with vin jaune, vanilla millefeuille), comforting terroir-based dishes both local and from further afield, great wine list, contemporary interior with a "mountain chic" feel, and a young team who are on the ball. Chef Yoann Conte has covered all bases in this, his second restaurant, ensconced in the famous blue house. And, as always, the superb view of Lake Annecy.
